After a career in Financial Markets and Expat Living around the World, London, Zurich, Tokyo, Singapore, Hong Kong and New York, I discovered a love for Malta, tax-savvy living, and the Mediterranean lifestyle.   

Settling the family into Malta, I found the usual frustrations of relocating were amplified in this unregulated market, with properties sometimes overpriced for non-locals, alongside occasional misinformation and complex bureaucracy. 

With a deeply ingrained passion to source something at the correct market price, I’ve found a niche here in Malta, helping Expats and Investors to navigate the complex local real estate market. 

My searches are always an estate agents’ priority as they know that I know exactly what my mandate is so neither of us waste time looking at unsuitable properties. These relationships offer access to many any properties never make it onto the open market.
